i hate getting notifcations from people on my block list who have quoted me or posted on my threads.

Hi, my vote was "no" because quote or answer in a thread is a kind of information that may be important, also when sent by blocked user, and in my opinion notifications are helpful. If you notice any rule violation in your thread or in post containing your quote, it is possible to use report button. Good luck with your suggestion :)
