whoever is on the barb will rage quit by how useless they are in Nightmare and beyond. They will essentially be a walking CTA.
Druid would be a lot more fun and still give a health boon with the sage thingy - can do Fissure until Hell and then swap to windy and feel super relevant
FB Sorc would be a lot of fun at all points and still incredibly useful in Hell and at all points for helping to re-run for MFing
Summon Necro would be incredibly boring in my opinion as they would just be a meat shield/Utility pick.
- Maybe as a Poison Necro or summoner using corpse explosion so once you get one kill he can be more relevant in a fight?
Hdin is essentially God-Mode of the characters and whoever plays him will have the strongest character in Hell.

I would remove necro entirely and maybe do a trapsin, a lot more fun, huge utility with Mind Blast, and traps are insanely powerful at all times of the game.
Start off Wake of Fire and respec at nightmare A4 to lightning traps - use MB on any monster as you go to make them a meat shield
Final line up for each game difficulty:
Norm:
Fire Sorc
Fire Sin
Fire Druid
Holy Shock + Zeal Paladin
Nightmare:
Fire Sorc
Fire Sin - A4 respec - Light Sin
Fire Druid
Holy Shock + Zeal Paladin
Hell:
Fire Sorc
Lightning Sin
Wind Druid
Hdin
I think with these 4 you will never struggle, nobody will feel weak (druid will notice slower kill speeds in Hell, but better than fighting 100x fire immunes with no counter).
Fire sorc may want to become Fball/Frozen orb in hell, but really wont be a problem with so many other elements.
