I changed some stuff around and now i have a Problem with my AEM Pump.

I changed the intank swirl-/ surgepot (OEM from a Diesel proven to work better on low Fuel Level) and now my AEM 320lph is squirting Fuel out of the pressure relief hole/ vent on the Top. I also burnt 2 15 Amps Fuses wich worked flawless before the changes.

Rail pressure is 3.3 Bars (i'd estimate ~45psi) after the Fuel Pressure Regulator like before.

Anyone has an Advice for me?

first off make sure your feed and return lines are hooked up correctly.

check ground make sure its on good bare metal for proper grounding.

from what i can find on what i hope is the pump your using i see its really only rated for 43psi might be over pressuring the system causing the spray out the relief.

i got it now... the petrol swirlpod had an internal filter and the diesel one has no filter and i didnt had an inline filter either. fuel pressure regulator was dirty as hell and there was almost no flow.

still destroyed the ventury valve while trying to fix the issue  . the ventury effect should pull enough fuel in to completely overfill the swirlpot. now i destroyed it and its even loosing fuel backwards to it ^^
the petrol swirlpot has no ventury valve. thats why i change to the diesel swirlpot.

new diesel swirlpot and an inline filter somewhere will do.
