New series released recently. Netflix original.

I'm 5 episodes in. It's kind of creepy, not a jump scarefest so that's cool.

The last episode I watched, the bent neck lady, was a little more fucked than everything else beforehand.

Overall it's pretty good. Recommend it if you like something a little more on the creepy side.

Nope it's a full continuous thing about a family with like 5 kids. Switches between flashbacks of growing up in the house and present day with the kids grown into adults.

Also I just learned that a writer posted 3 stories to a horror subreddit before the show came out that gives some backstory.

Really neat marketing and good reads.

Giving this a go. Enjoyable thus far.

Watched first episode, I like the creepy atmosphere without the jump scares. It keeps you tense at all times instead of ruining it.

Just watched episode 6. Episodes 5 and 6 are probably two of the best episodes of any tv show I've watched. So haunting and emotional and just... Wow.

This is definitely the best Netflix original to me. I think binging it isn't the way to go, need a bit of time to process each episode.

Edit: also the cinematography of episode 6 was insane. Virtually no cuts in an hour. So many long tracking shots. One of the most technical/beautiful episodes of tv I've ever seen.
