I'm currently lvl 25, i know i need to be lvl 40 before i'm able to bump. But do I need to stay away from doing ancients in normal? Or is it just baals quest that i need to not complete?

You should be able to have someone complete ancients in your game at level 20, and then you will be able to "Bump" the game. I could be wrong... but this is how it worked in the past as far as I can recall.


Edit: I'm not sure if you need to stay away from ancients prior to bumping, but I would suggest saving them until you've encountered someone who needs a bumper just to be safe. The rusher should have no issues doing ancients

Thanks, I just think it will be a little tough to level all the way to 40 in normal without being able to do baal runs. So I was wondering if I needed to do it all with chaos runs or not, appreciate the word of advice. I'll stay away from them unless someone tells me different

I believe you only need to be level 20 for normal, level 40 for nightmare.

You can totally do ancients in normal, it has no incidence on being able to "bump" someone. Do baalruns to 40 without completing the last quest and you're good to go.
