If by tuneup, you mean more speed...the short version is you apply more voltage. Any other type of tuning up will be mechanical and fairly obvious.
Long version is... there is no SET way to do this. You need to do a search for:
VGA 73360100001 tuning. And sort through the forums you will find until you find a decent one.
