It's more likely to be english speakers that struggle to learn anything else.
But no matter where English speakers come in the world people will understand them more or less
French and Italian are horrid in languages for example and noone even speaks those in the world
I speak three languages with good understanding but poor speaking of forth yet I would never play any games in my own language
Makes u dumber and pulls u further away from actually getting better at certain language you might want to improve
