Lvl 28 pvp isn't so one shot dominant, damage is a lot lower.
Theres a healthy pvp community at 28 too.

I also have a massive collection of 28 pvp gear if ur iso

The real PvP in D2 was happening on Classic where people didn't have level 30 skills, teleport on every character, BO on every character, inventories full of charms and items full of bullshit runewords.

Making a 200fg character on xpac and slamming everybody just showed how bad they were. There's been tons of competitions on private servers between classic players and xpac players and the xpac ones were dumpstered every single time. It's not even funny.

I don't know anyone who was a pure xpac pvper that ever managed to do anything worthwhile on classic.


watching hc Xpac players come to classic was consistently funny AF... Especially during the ban waves last year.
