Anybody see or read anything on this? A few that stand out to me so far is

1. No country flags at medal ceremony
2. For bench, the lifter needs to be as “flat as possible”
3. Downward motion mid squat isn’t a dq
4. Competing on a regional level and up in any other fed not IPF endorsed is a 3 year ban

2. Seems super stupid.

Someone was selling a guild in general chat, i offered 0 fg and they said that it was 'leading i guess'

Next day they PM'd me saying i 'won' and they transferred the guild to me. Never spoken to them before
