0 Bundesliga players nominated for Ballon d’Or
No German team in a European final for 6 seasons
1 DFB-Pokal+2 Swiss Cups as major trophies won between all 20 managers
Last year’s 2nd+3rd places teams in 15th+13th

Personally I think the Blundesliga is finished; that is, if it even started in the first place? Let me know your thoughts.

no one with a clue gives a shit about these nominations, they might as well put my grandmother over dani alves into the fifa pro 11
ridiculous

however german football could use some more contribution from other teams except bayern

try harder next time my friend

Could you please name the 20 managers, thank you
Apart from that I agree that Bundesliga nowadays is miles behind EPL and La Liga

Error in the poll
It's supposed to be
Easily so or u mad

Anyways, Bayern has won by 21, 25, 10, 10, 19 and 25 points the last six seasons. One team league? Yeah.
Last year Barcelona almost went unbeaten, so they won by a big margin. Before that, 3 points or less was the difference between 1st and 2nd for 4 straight years. It's been a 3 team league for the past decade.
Juventus has won Serie A 7 straight years. Last two years was real close between Napoli and Roma, Juventus only won by 4 points. The other five, they won by 9, 17, 17, 9 and 4 points. One team league.
Premier League though. Haven't had a repeat winner since United won 3 straight in 2006-2009. Last year City won by 19, but before that, it's been somewhat close and even Leicester won recently. 5 different champs in last 10 years.
In France, yeah lets not even go there.

I would argue Bundesliga and Premier League are the two leagues that retain MOST of their stars.

Interesting post and the first objective viewpoint in the thread imo.

that's because they have to follow much stricter financial and ownership rules than all the other big leagues. no crazy oil money, no random foreign billionaires who can just buy a club and finance the ridiculous transfer fees and player wages.
it's a miracle they are even as competitive as they are, especially compared to the premier league...

unfortunately the league itself is rather boring when it comes to the title race because bayern is the only club in a position where they DON'T have to sell their best players. they also regularly sign the league's brightest prospects and best young players from other clubs, so it's unlikely that anyone will be able to challenge them over a whole season, as other clubs have to rebuild each year.
