by taking it to the back and overlooking a simple bent pin,
going hard narrow vision on the red dot = water dmg
sayin cheaper to buy another than fix for 2k+ jajaja
when 3rd party tech diagnosis's it right away being a backlight prob
fixes it in 2min

The guy literally said his screen has problems,
Smartass mofo puts light behind it, instantly finds out its the back light, opens it suspecting pin first, fixes on the spot in 2 min.

Dumass mofo ignores customer, goes to the back to jackoff and then take laptop apart, sees sensitive red dot near battery, water dmg. The customer mustve dropped half his laptop into the toilet where only the battery is! My professional advice would be get a new MacBook cos it's gonna cost 2k to fix

apple ripping off their customers as allways, great that someone is doing something about it..

like he says in the video "overall apple trys to get you to purchase a new device, instead of repair the old one"

and its not like apple products never break...

just a couple of days ago the battery on my friends macbook exploded, or at least turned double size and the whole thing cracked
everyone i know that had a macbook have had it repaired at some point, or they decided not to and bought a pc instead
also seen a couple of friends iphones turn to shit after 1 year use, battery dies and phone slows down

"hard working" company
yeah, the apple rep goes to the back, unscrews some screws and sees red dot, instantly deduces multiple damages due to water resulting in 1.2k or 2k if screen also needs to be replaced (basically admitting he didnt fully diagnose the problem)
u the kind of ppl support these big corps like bestbuy/apple techs corruption

i bet if he left his laptop there and paid 1.2k , the actual guy fixing it will open up his laptop again and also notices the bent pin. Realizes it's only labor cost + pin replacement fee, but what he gonna do? make his own company look bad, and personally talk to the customer and say btw here's ur refund for 1k. fk dat, the mofo gonna be like not my problem, apple is my employer, i just do what im told, replace "multiple parts" the customer paid for, replace red contacts back to white. HMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
