They don't.. most likely. Hopefully. They still have the vulnerabilities if patches are still needed, though. If patches were the correct solution they wouldn't be working on hardware fixes, would they?

firmware/software fixes show performance loss
even amd bios patches costed perfomance
hence why new versions come out to try to get it fixed or they just wait for next product

I know? What's your point? That's why software/firmware/OS fixes are not fixes. And that's why I say that they still have the vulnerabilities. Because since they still exist PC performance has to pay the price to solve the problem.

but they are still fixes lol
not all patches are performance hitting

It's not. But no one said that you need to buy a new mobo or even brought up purchasing anything. That's preposterous.

Nice non-sequitur, though.

point is fixes are still fixes some can be permanent and some are temp

when shit has bugs or vulnerabilities a firmware/os/software fix is still a fix

and every year we will see more firmware/software/os fixes for many things

It's not "fixed" if they still plan to mend it at the hardware level. Sorry bud. A patch in a tire is not a fix. If you are going to argue the definition of fix next, then you're arguing semantics and I honestly just don't care.

I know ever conceding a point is literally impossible for you and this is probably how you're passing your boring day at work, so I'll just stop replying and you can finally furiously masturbate about how correct you are.

why is people so mad at this launch? its not like we dident know the specs allready... i guess the price, or the fact i7 is not the best anymore

9900k will probably be really good tho, and some of these z390 motherboards looks insane..

watercooled mobo with display, lol

Mostly price, and going backwards in the case of the i7.
