Become a tiny scrawn again, #s are probably 275/185/385 or so. I'd like to run SS until I can 3x5 315/205/405 but I cbf squatting 3x a week again. How's this look?

Day 1
3x5 squat
3x5 bench
3x5 pendlay row

Day 2
Warm up dls, 5 reps at 225,275,315,365, 1x5rm (sumo)
3x5 bench (or CGBP)
3x5 OHP, or pendlay rows again

Just want to skyrocket my squat bench dead again. Don't think sumos are too taxing to do 1.5x a week for 1 set ether?

You can deadlift 5 times a week if you want its just the other variables that matter.

I honestly cant remember SS percentages. If fatigue is to high just change a variable. I do heavy one day with deficit accessory work. The second deadlift day im doing 50-55% and focusing on speed + technique.

I stopped trying to say how many times i could do something a week to saying how many times do I want to do it a week and what variable has to be altered to make it fit (obviously within the realm of reality and still going forward on all lifts)

SS is like 90-100% fatigue. You're going up 5lbs/session everytime you make the 3x5

Do 3x5 100% 5rm

When you can achieve all three sets go up weight.

All i care about right now is getting my big 3 numbers up as fast as possible.

That’s why you do accessory movements.

Your numbers aren’t going to blow up until you begin programming them in.
