Become a tiny scrawn again, #s are probably 275/185/385 or so. I'd like to run SS until I can 3x5 315/205/405 but I cbf squatting 3x a week again. How's this look?
Day 1
3x5 squat
3x5 bench
3x5 pendlay row
Day 2
Warm up dls, 5 reps at 225,275,315,365, 1x5rm (sumo)
3x5 bench (or CGBP)
3x5 OHP, or pendlay rows again
Just want to skyrocket my squat bench dead again. Don't think sumos are too taxing to do 1.5x a week for 1 set ether?
