^is this particular protein shake, bad for someone who is pre-diabetic?
It has sucralose, which i heard raises blood sugar.... granted the protein shake only has 2grams of sugar per serving, so i'm not sure if this is dangerous.





/edit if this protein shake is dangerous for diabetics... from sucralose/artificial sugars. (i have no idea)....I'm open to suggestions for what is safe, preferably something cheap, with lots of servings per container.
