What is better in your preference? Possibly arc totems? Or blade vortex?

Want to smash bosses quickly

Both of those seem to kill bosses quite easily.
I'm using Blade vortex myself, and it quite nice for bosses. Although I'm just at tier 14 thus far, but hardly got any problems with Vaal Blade vortex and Vaal Rightous fire activated.

arc traps are still strong as can be

arc mines can scale slightly higher just because of the nerfs to traps recently, personally I can't stand mines they just are too clunk for me.
traps/mines are stronger than totems, but also cost slightly more due to specific item requirements

bv is highly viable as well.
