Pick whichever realm you want! Full realms I find to be the best personally..but that's because I've played for a while and there is a bigger supply/demand market and more guilds etc.
A medium population one might be better for you so it won't be so overwhelming..also make sure to check out the realm timezone so it matches up with yours
