on a serious note, although actual statistical data does say that people in africa are more receptive towards vaccines compared to the developed countries (least receptive), its not really due to their higher intelligence. africa actually has the lowest mean intelligence of all the continents. the reason for them being more receptive is the existence of actually scary diseases there, with lethality around 50-100x that of corona. ofc westerners arent as scared of diseases we dont have to deal with, you have to have experience with something in order to have a genuine response to it. thats why eastern europeans dont hate blacks but hate gypsies, thats why swedes dont hate east asians but canadians do hate them etc

edit: oh i forgot the most important thing. the diseases that kill most of the people in africa actually cant be vaccinated against. some because an effective vaccine cant really be made (malaria), others because no one bothered to make it (vhfs)
