FYI +Holy Shield cannot appear on scepters, and it will only appear because of a bug in about 1/80,000 scepters (see this thread to find out how you can find a Holy Shield CTA https://www.diabloii.net/forums/threads/holy-shield-on-a-scepter-probability.511146/ . I seen another thread where people were looking for this. Asking price was about 80 ladder Jahs/Bers. This was also on a realm where dupes of Holy Shield CTA exist).
You also cannot buy this from NPCs. You must find it from monster drops. This may be the only CTA with Holy Shield there is on Asia realm! USeast has some dupes from before v1.10 patch (one and a half decades ago) when items with Holy Shield were still appearing, but otherwise it is extremely rare. I doubt those dupes exist on Asia realm. For zealer/smiter you get +5 total HS from CTA switch (you get duration bonus and higher defense). With this item, don't need to put a point in HS! A pally will always gain from not having to put points in HS and HS prerequisites, because any pally will get passive bonuses from Resist Auras, Blessed Aim and Defiance, and Charge synergies.
