They've been releasing unique items about once a year since release that have the drawback that you ignite yourself.

I'm looking through the new items right now, but in case I miss something is there a way to spread that self-ignite to nearby enemies yet? I've been saving some legacy items for years now waiting on that.

your only able to self ignite to proc cwdt and use that to ignite enemies.

I think shock is the only aliment that can be reflected atm.

Lepers Alma's shared suffering makes your hits cause elemental aliments that are effecting you. But the ignite damage would still be based off the hit not the selfignite.

I might be forgetting something.

/e shock is not the only one, you can reflect chill/freeze with pantheon.
