drivers for 2 keyboards is super unlikely on new hardware.

Tried with pleb keyboard that needs no software already

You should be able to get to Device Manager with just a mouse... check the items under Human Interface Devices. Right click each one and choose properties. If all is well, you should see: This device is working properly.

Lol the computer doesnt get past the initial screen

Did you check to make sure your USB pins were plugged in the right spots?
Sometimes that can throw off the USB controller chip if they front panel isnt in right.

Otherwise you could try a dedicated PCI-e hub with its own controller maybe that might work just to get into the bios to see whats wrong.
