Have you ever do spa therapy?
I know that most people who do spa therapy are people around 60 years old. But there are more and more diseases in young people: cancer, asthma. Would not it be a good thing to do spa therapy more often?

I think it would be a good idea for you to see a psychiatrist more often.

I like to do Massage Therapy at least once a week. Helps with muscle recovery, anxiety and stress relief. I imagine spa therapy would have the same benefits. So yes it is a good thing.

spa therapy is good once a week or every two weeks at winter, helps build up immune system and gets rid of all the toxins by sweating it out, very meditative.
