Pre-lod Bonesnap is only +200% ED, so unless this CC (assuming it is a person) has something that's hacked, it is worse than post-LOD Bonesnap. Pre-lod Bonesnap also has lacks the +50% damage to undead.
Maul had a rangeadder of only 0 in pre-lod patches, so it was a pretty bad whirlwind weapon back then. Pretty much everyone used a Lance in 1.04-1.06.

The Ravenclaw thing is not strictly a pre-lod thing, it still had level 30 explosive arrow in 1.09.

Never heard of an Azurewrath bow, but my guess is that it was a 1.09 cheated item brought over from Open to Closed. Probably not pre-lod related.
