Hey guys I have win 10 and sometimes when I play game and tap to desk and back in the game I hav fps drop while moving mouse and on desk too.i notice when I moving a window it move weird slow.
i need to close/restart game to fix it.
its very random just rly sometimes.

AMD 880k @ 4,5 GHz oc
Geforce 1050 2 gig oc
Random 1,600 Ram ddr3
Random ssd

It's not about 1000 mouse rate test 250 and other to.
Temps are okey CPU ~30c and if gaming ~62c
Graphic arround ~30c if gaming ~67c

Btw have second ssd with win 7 and there's no issues.

play borderless window if you plan to tab in and out a lot.

this means theres no fix and some got same issues?

do u have the newest gpu driver installed? probably wont fix but worth a try..

no issues with windows 7 tells me its probably an old game thats not optimized for windows 10?

only a couple of things u can do really, run win7, run it fullscreen windowed or get a second monitor so u dont have to tab out at all

and if u wanna know what happens.. when u go full screen the game kinda takes control of ur hardware, and uses all/most of its power on the game, so when u tap out and the game doesnt know it, its laggy as hell

forgot to say, if its an old game try run with compatibility mode on windows xp or win7

ya i got newest driver and windows too.
i disable dvr and some other shits i saw on google to maybe fix it but no one helps

i hav try some compatibilty mods like run win xp and win 7/ 8 but still same issues.

dont wanna run sec monitor and i wont miss tab desk

man thats sucks dude, well pretty much notthing u can do then exept go back to windows 7 =/

it is a bug thats known and i dont think theres an actual fix for it, also happen to me 1 time recently with a game called scum, but its a new early access title

its cause your systems shit tbh, old ass cpu struggles to keep up with game and OS.

i dont think so i dont play aaa title and its fine for what im using it.
cpu not rly hit 100% usage its by ~around 80% while gaming

can run gta 5 @ 75 fps constantly and with 90%~ usage.
cs go 150+ fps ez 80%~
fortnite ~ 70 - 200 fps ~ 90%
pubg 70-100+ ~90%
diablo 2 200+ ~15%
LoL ~200+ ~70%
dont need overratet i7 bla intel shit for my games
and this problem start at last update win 10.
