I've been thinking it'll come out all grotesque and fucked up, thus giving Jamie a moment of clarity in realizing how wrong their incestuous relationship has been. Or, she's been full of shit about it from the start. Her making a mistake and allowing Tyrion to catch on is super uncharacteristic and seemed calculated.

Interesting idea about her unborn/newly born child being requested by NK though.
