Are you skinny? lol
Some people just benefit A LOT from gaining 5lbs of weight.
We have that problem in our family. Everyone in our family is slim and tall. All sorts of odd health problems but nothing like......diabetes and joint problems.
A lot of people in our family get sick easily but anyone who is a bit thicker or normal size is super healthy.
My grandma @ 87 spent nearly 2 months in the hospital during a span of 1 year. She started eating more and hit 100lbs and she never got sick after that. She's 91 right now and she's doing things on her own lol

OR it could be insanely bad.

Doctors are so important sometimes :(

What we all can say for sure is your immune system is a bit weaker then the average person. Now you just have to figure out why :)

yeah not your typical grandma. My grandpa died when he was 81 but he was skinny as well. He's always been that skinny.
Died cause of a car accident though. 6'1 145-150ish lbs. Super skinny genetics. My great grandpa used to mine gold in Alaska and you can see that same body physique. Not much muscles. No fat. Just a walking skeleton but they are so durable.
They don't bulk and try to look sexi for facebook lol. So yeah they grew up in the slim days.
Now everyone wants to get into the gym to look cute and sexi for facebook. everyone wants to weigh a lot and look strong but can't even run 10 miles without stopping
ium

Skinny yea! Very interesting, it seems quite accurate! A bit weight could be the solution, as it goes hand to hand with better food-habits.

I have never been off from work due to a sickness, so my immune system seems to be good... Except for the having a cold part :P

Go to bed early, wake up when your body naturally wakes, keep the windows closed, roll out of the shower instead of walking, wear socks 24/7, run in the rain, eat more frequently and get a thick quilt.

You're welcome.
