i usually do my rack of lamb in the oven
but i want to try on the grill this weekend.
anyone got a good way of this with seasons of choice also

if you're doing on charcoal, get a deep lasagna pan (disposable foil variety from your grocery store) and fill it about 3/4 with water. place about 60% of the charcoal you would normally use on 1 half of the grill, and put the lasagna pan with water on the other half. this should keep your temp between 225 and 275. the key to doing lamb proper is low to medium heat for a longer period of time ideally between 3 and 6 hours.
