So. Does my all items and skills add crit/crit dmg/multi to my totems? And from skills like increase light dmg?

Yes.
Exceptions are minion damage (unless you took the new node), damage with weapons etc.

Maybe u know why few builds arc totem add dmg/life to minion for golem?

a few effects that not trigger bye totems: gained on kill / gained on skill use
