Not worth crafting unless you’re SSF or strongly prefer self finding your gear
Bad base, low hp
You can get much much better RF rolls (this is basically 1/3)

If you can snag a couple chaos for it, that’s your best bet

shit base, low life roll, 1x useless roll. Not worth using exalts on.
Master craft resistance on it if you want to use it otherwise just sell to vendor and get a proper base before using any currency on it

You can use poeaffix website to check possible rolls.
Also put on advanced mod description from poe settings so when you press alt you can see all the separate rolls on the item and if they are suffix/prefix etc.

rf is not popular anymore, dunno y u wanna waste time with tis item
