This tag was never sold to this user or any other user, and it was brought to my attention by a fellow jsp gfx artist that it was ripped by the accused.

Second accused goes as follows:
Jsp user wanted a signature made of 2 specific images. I used said images and made something of my own, and when I was done with it I had no use for it so I offered it to this person for free. It was not of the proper size and for it to be done as so it would need to be remade from scratch. Long story short, I told him I would attempt to fix it to proper size and I would see what I could do. I attempted to do so however to no avail, it had to be remade from scratch. I remade a full size version and a couple popouts. I offered the popouts to this user for a discounted price of 200 forum gold, which I successfully sold to him, however I told him I would remove the watermark and offer him the full size version of the artwork for an additional 100 forum gold. I never received said 100 forum gold and later noticed he ripped it for his profile and even (WHAT LOOKS TO BE, AS IT IS NO LONGER AS CLEAR AS THE ORIGINAL) tampered with my watermark to make it less visible on the version in his profile.

He paid 200 forum gold specifically for the popout variations of the full piece. The tags he paid for are as follows:

- Do you have the original .psd file?
- Do you have any PM conversation with the original GFX artist and/or the accused?
- Do you have a topic where this was purchased through?

Perhaps you could shed some light on this as well, when you have time.
