Yakir kindly helped me to resize my avatar twice as it violated the size rules and again when I wasn't happy with the quality.

There is no relevant info in his PM's - He just wants to buy and record my rare items - rest is spam with various things which I have deleted. The fact is the avatar is the same size and frame edit which I got from Yakir. All the proof is in that resize topic nothing else to say really.

I submitted an attempt for this request, andafter the requestor stated it was in the lead, the accused took it and made minor changes. You can see this transpire in the request thread.
These changes should have been made by me since the requestor claimed mine as the one he wanted and I was the first creator. The changes were font and frame rate. Even if the accused started from scratch with the steps to create the animated gif... it is still the exact same thing that he knew to use because the requestor stated it was the one in the lead.
If I had not originally created the leading signature, the accused would not have known to use that exact segment of video in order to submit his.

Although he is using the same stock image, Resources offered over the internet, and thus, made public for everyone to use, have no labelled ownership.

The sequence speed, color palette, font and font color are all different so this is a completely different signature.
It might be bad mannered but no rips occured here.
