This topic is intended for reporting users who are stealing graphics/GFX artwork.

• Resources offered over the internet, and thus, made public for everyone to use, have no labelled ownership.
  
• Thus, an accusation based over these pretenses, ie., a signature created from the basis of a public render or stock will receive no action in this thread.
  
• However, a direct and identical copy would be considered a rip, provided it does not fall under the description below:

If you sell a piece of artwork to someone, you cannot claim exclusivity over that piece of material. That said, the user is free to resell the material, if he or she desires. They cannot, of course, claim author of said content, but they can resell or modify it further.

Any user caught deliberately ripping material from another user for the purpose of profit will be dealt with accordingly.
It is up to the sole discretion of the site to determine the course of action required.

To make your accusation valid you are required to post the following:

• A link to the profile of the accused
  
• A link to the profile of the creator
  
• A link to the original artwork
  
• Screenshot of the .psd open (see example below)
  
• Any other information that may help solidify your accusation, such as Private Messages or other interactions

Im helping to report scammer for my friend ChaosMan.
He is atm offline for like 17days so im helping on this.

Maybe im wrong but in my underdtandings, Fek is using other users direct images in topic he created as spam.

For me it is 100% ripping also 100% spam topic from Fek

Its same as ripped since Accused Ripper just copied creators graphic artwork direct link and published in his topic without permission of creator.

- You can contact creator if he can make screenshot of his photoshop image, however, it is completely clear, that Accused Ripper images are used as direct link images shown from 2017 in Creators photo galery.

Note:
Accused User is known spamer with % warnings molesting creator long time this should be also reason of ripping the graphic artwork.
He also broked the site rules with his topic (with this ripped graphic artwork) in trophy room rules, because its copied topic of creator, so considered as Spam topic. If any moderator active in Trophy room forum, it should be closed..but, somehow, that forum rules are broken there many times and noone solving it..

His topic continues, he created topic for Spam, because he publishing there Direct links images now of another creators/users topics in that forum..

= He took full credit of it and was direct ripp..
