when does, lets say, +hp/lpk/lph combo out weigh %ee?

if soloing, you have to: kill kill kill regen repeat.

you have to regen life, so a life regen swap combo is a MUST for when your life pool runs out


say equal tier items any tier... what life per hit or kill/max life = more monsters dead before having to regen

/e armor with 50%ee is = to armor with 30ee+'xx' amount of max hp... what is 'xx'

Unless your EE on your item is just super super low, those others don't ever outweigh it. They only add value to your item by being paired with the EE mod

what if you found a 80ee item with 600 hp max and 1-44 life per kill and 1-5 life per hit

what strait %ee same tier item no other mods would that be equal to in xp per hour? 100? 120?

This would depend on what level you are. At let's say lvl 5 you have an 80 EE weapon, those other adds don't really matter because more than likely you're just mashing through everything and won't have to town regen at all.

And if you have an 80Ee at higher levels, that 5 lph and 44 lpk aren't really leeching enough life to sustain you at all. The 600 max life may play a small role.... But my honest opinion would be that these adds wouldn't change much at all.

No one has tested out this, so the answer is just theory.

Based on memory (not 100%)... +600 max life is equivalent to 200 Vita stat points @ level 1 (3 life points per stat point)... the only difference, you don't gain hitpoints per level you go up when you have actual points in vitality.

I use 0 ee armor when I solo. During my runs, I notice that monsters deal around 0-150 dmg around level 45 upwards... my base Vita is 100, my base Int is 60 and I wear Plate with 38 Int / 16 vita @ level 45 to 71. When facing EPs, the dmg changes of course, there are other factors not considered, like them crit hitting for 150-500, also multi attack mobs, and the worse one is Pulfulgore... he has an extremely high QD and attacks rapidly which feels like a 5+ hit combo.

Note: the damage I posted is based on Solo and memory of damage noticed, so it may NOT be 100%... and my stats enhance my defense and I also use Salvation... I don't use regen gear on my Guardians because I heal, I use heavy weapons and in the last 4 test runs from 55 - 70, it takes approx 1 hour per 5 levels, posted below for your own conclusions:

Its a complete apples to oranges comparision the answer will be different in every situation.

The simplest comparision ee vs str/dex depends on how much of each you have.

Other mods are even more situational. At low level lpk lpa extra hp can be useful but they become near worthless at higher levels.
