It has come to my attention that when I tried to give all the members of our guild access to be able to change their rank name that by giving them the check mark change ranks it also allows them to change the rest of their abilities within the guild (everything)

I have been trying to find a way to allow all members to freely change what their rank title says but it does not seem to be an option. Is there anyway we could get this added ?

Maybe a new check box where the admins of guild can allow users to change their own (rank name)

Sounds reasonable, as long as the proper checks you mentioned are implemented, anyone outside of Guild Administrator could update themselves only and the Guild Administrator could turn the feature off at anytime they see fit.

Yeah. The check mark “edit rank” I thought meant people could edit what thya ranks said. But it actually allows them to give edit everything and give themselves and others full power hahaha.
