Am I tripping or does this circlet have 2 different level requirements, between 2 different chars...
ss 1 is on my lvl 26 necro, ss2 is only my lvl 91 sorc, this was found in Nightmare tomb randomly...

Are the lvl reqs between the 2 chars changing for some reason I'm not seeing?

Since it is a necro skill, the necro will see level 29, but since it is on a non necro skill character it will read 48.

Dude I Id'd this on my sorc, and relegated it as trash...but then put it on my nec to kinda mule it, and boom almost godly LLD circlet..Im stumped.
