Well i dont use uninstallers or programms like those iobit had developed.
But i've seen driver booster on friends machines doing great work, and also systemcare.
100% isn't a keylogger, just bcz someone mentioned it in here

I got muted ingame the other day after typing 3 messages and it didn't go away for like 3 hours
I'm pretty sure they've implemented a wordfilter because I hadn't sent enough messages yet to trigger the spam filter

Yeah they have and it last a while, for the first time i wasn't able to talk atleast 24h of time. On my other cd-key it went away
So it is not attached to your character or account, but to your cd-key itself when it last more than a few minutes, hope this answer your question

They have, I was getting muted 100% of the time I was trying to talk about keygen(s) to my friends after the recent cd-key shenanigans. Keygen being the filtered word of course.
