Its really hard if ur ghost and want psy dmg on ur claws, great hauberg or smt then, if normal traps sin using gts u can do with scarab yes.

enigma str bonus + your base str have to be < the str req on the enigma

to bug, briefly lift up the gear you're wearing that lets you equip enigma (rings, amulet, etc) and then put em back down. they don't have to be unequipped at the same time - you're just changing your equip order for others as they load your character. if someone already loaded you on their screen, you'll have to go off their map and return.
