can anything good items drop in the 3 red mini uber portals?

anyone knows this?

maybe a noob question. but would be fun to know..

Why not mf anywhere in hell instead in the Nephalem rifts ? Once any character is enough skilled for Uber Tristram and has all his equipments needed, he doesn't really care about loots in hell. Only godly characters can get organs and kill Uber Tristram.

Just try it out. I havent done Ubers or Organs for 3 or 4 years, do Items drop at all there? I thought nothing drops there.

Area lvl is 81 or 83 iirc. So no, its not worth it.
