Which runes to put in?
I'm thinking of shael/amn/eth runes.
what is the best combo?

other equipment:
tal rasha helm
stone armor

Why an ias jwl when u can get 20% from shael? Unless you go for 15/40, which I believe is not worth socketing a bonehew.

True and jewels are a bit harder to find than a shael rune.
