Water helps pull stickers off of hair since it loosens up the adhesive.

Too late for that now though. :(

they have solutions that help. water is usually least helpful (depends on the adhesive type, but alcohol is always a better choice)

you could shave the hair off with the sticker too.

but most times the nurse will shave you before even putting them on
