As a proud owner of a toy horsey I think this is a step in the right direction but jagex clearly didn't go far enough. I would petition to ban all gamblers and all players who have ever partaken in such activities. The duel arena is full of degenerate RWTers who deserve the most prominent punishment that is at Jagex's disposal. Obviously since osrs is streamscape it'll never happen but its what needs to happen.
