The above is still in violation with the site rules with a file size of: 100.64 KB (70 KB being maximum allowed)
The below has had its file size reduced to: 62.54 KB and is within the rules.

You are changing image size.
From 400x150 picture you make smaller size to be less Kb?
Why?
It can be reduced Kb to 70 or less without resizing and changing quality of picture..there is site to do this very easy

I think Arkhen you should use this site with helping reducing users signatures kilobytes. It is better than making images smaller..or?

You can make less than 70kb even Animated Png pictures with high quality and keep them 400x150 size like bigest possible version.

Making image smaller is not so much helpful in my eyes
