Suffering from acute paranoia is actually awful. I get it if I have a lack of sleep. You feel like everyone is looking at you and talking about you wherever you go, you get convinced that there's someone somewhere currently aiming a gun at you. You think that somewhere somebody is investigating you or looking for you to hunt you down. You feel like someone somewhere is using your identity. You convince yourself that the only escape from all of these walls closing in on you is to destroy yourself.
