Is there a sub forum or a place to find groups?

Started a week or so ago after being away from the game for a decade and I've been playing solo it's starting to get a little stale.

Looking for group/clan/guild that is interested in or currently does private dclone, Ubers, baal, PvP, etc

Not really a thing anymore..

The ones you can join aren't worth it. The few that have decent players are not open to new friends or members.
