Go to battle.net make an account, register your 16 digit key. They will give you a longer key.

Now you'll have to either download a cd key channger, or reinstall the game using their online installer

I had this issue , cd key in use.

Had cd keys already registered so redeemed new ones.

Uninstall , download , reinstall its working now using 26 digits keys they gave me.

Nice cashola grab imo , been using my store bought cds since 2000/1 now they useless forced to use digital or nothing.

Mainframe must have registered his keys at some point (or someone else did). He needs to reinstall with 26 char cd key.

Your 16 char cd keys work because no one has registered them on bnet.
