My old accounts username was Sexymanfish, it was an account i started in 2009 and last logged in probably in 2013. If any admin could help me get my old account back I would seriously appreciate it.

You can't possibly know if the account is disabled or not unless you're an account owner (or an admin I believe).
Once an account is disabled there is no way of restoring it:

Don't give up so easily. If you have an old account, fight for it. Link your id or look for any fg purchases/donations you may have made. It's worth it.

When I had an issue like that, it took over a month to get my acc back with all the proofs of transactions, purchases, and vouches from facebook friends that are jsp mods/ex mods.

If the account is disabled there is no way of restoring it.
If not - you can do that
through the account recovery or contact feature - that's the way i recovered my account.
