Everytime I log out from jsp and try to log in again from any of my devices (PC, notebook, phone) from my home wifi I get an incorrect password message. Pretty much like this guy https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=77422736&f=34&v=1

My problem is when I request the password change from any of my devices (PC, laptop, phone) connected on my home wifi I get an error message saying I'm using a proxy even when I'm not (checked my browser config, the box isn't marked), tried cleaning cookies and cache, ran Malwarebytes and nothing worked.

The only way I'm able to log on d2jsp from home wifi is requesting the password change from my 4g on phone and completing the proccess on my PC or nootebook, but then I can't make any posts because I'll get the proxy message.

Any help?
Thx

Edit: tried Chrome, edge and IE

I think it's something in your network.
Contact your ISP and check you don't using proxy or anything.

I’ve moved multiple times while on JSP and I’ve never had an issue.

Perhaps a mod can explain what is causing your account to be flagged in more detail than the basic site message.

Nope, never moved, and my isp is the same for years. Everything was working fine last time I logged in around January or so.

Ill try pming a mod then

I'm terrible with computer stuff, could it be any config I'm using or is it better to contact my isp first?

And thx for the answers guys

Shouldn’t be a config I don’t think. The ISP should be assigning your IP address. As long as you’re not running something in the background that’s playing with your internet settings, I don’t think that’s the culprit.

But this is just an educated guess. Only the staff can see your account record.
