Yeah it's just a 2/20 with a bunch of fluff mods on it. Might have been worth more if it was blue for a chance to roll 2os with larzuk. I don't think any pnb necros are going to want that 5/5 poison facet it in it either.
It's hard to price it because again it's competing with so many other possible circlets. I'd take whatever someone's willing to offer you and haggle your way from there.
