Can the ww sin hit another fcr breakpoint with 20fcr it is the highlords ammy the way to go cause of the mods and lightening skills/attackspeed ?

Depends on your build and the duel. Either way I would use fcr ammy to hit 102 vs nec/sorc/sin/druid 65 vs others. That being said it really depends on your playstyle.

I prefer 102fcr vs all...
Valk 08 perm or unperm best solutions as helm then, however a griffon can achieve same fcr, but then limits the build by the need for shadows for fhr reasons.
