It really is a shame what's happening in Europe, especially in countries like Sweden and Germany.

Make no mistakes, the politicians that advocate for mass migration are not doing this out of the goodness of their hearts. They will purposely import third-world, uneducated savages that just want social benefits but will refuse admission to those with higher educations that want to work.

They do this because eventually those they import will become citizens, and so will their children. They will be dependent on the liberal government for social benefits, so they will vote for them. They will have many children per family, to the point where there are millions and millions of new voters for the left-wing parties. Right wingers will never win an election again.

Sure, the country will go to hell with increased rates of robbery, murder, rape, and so on. The schools will become flooded with 20 year old men claiming to be 13 who will rape teenage girls. But politicians could care less. The migrants are nowhere near their gated communities with 10 million dollar mansions. The migrant "kids" don't go to the fancy private schools the politicians send their kids to.

I fear that this reckless policy will result in many natives getting VERY angry, and we will start seeing riots and violence come from the other side too.

I dont think it is so much about importing new voters. It's about importing an extra burden on the welfare state, to the point where it crumbles. Imho, the goal is to raze the generous european welfare states. When 70+% of the welfare recipients are dimwit foreign savages who have no actual right to be in the country in the first place, it will be much easier to garner the political support for such cuts to the welfare state.

Moreover, bleeding heart social justice warriors are a noteworthy voter bloc, particularly in guilt-ridden countries like Germany or Sweden, and this policy appeals to them. And of course the journalists on average are significantly to the left of the overall population, so that such an immigration policy has their support, while those who criticize it get "written down" by the mainstream media.

And yet still much lower crime rates than the US.

The right just loves to point out every little thing they can link to immigration. It helps them to feel validated in their racist views. Sweden and other Nordic countries especially give them a boner because they have the double whammy of being socialist countries that are doing well. They're pretty desperate to tear them down as they stand examples of how socialism can be integrated into the political system such that people are happier and freer than they ever can be in the US.

its about undermining the national state imo, if we cut the welfare state these migrants will be gone in no time and we have all arguments and power to restore it, so this doesnt add up for me
but when state and society are being dismantled, thats when you can do anything you want

How is it getting worse by the year? Afaik most crime statistics have gone down over the years. We even have to close prisons or rent room in our prisons for other countries (Belgium rents some from us).

Don't let yourself get taken away by media dramatics. Of course, there will be crime statistics that rise (and measures should be taken to combat them), but I think it's even a global trend that crime statistics trend downward.
