What if we added maze bosses on the final square of 71+ mazes.
These could be stronger than the seven shamans and have a guaranteed 50-100 ee item drop.
Then on top we could make each trapdoor boost the stats on the drops 20%.
So you can get a pretty good chance of a guaranteed 100+ ee item, all you have to do is grind out 5 trapdoors, beat the entire maze and kill a boss capable of one shotting chuck norris.

ALL 71+ MAZES??
Hopefully MM would be excluded from this suicide mission :)

This would be extremely difficult for new players.
Even some of the pro's would have to double-check their life insurance policies

I do like the idea of a boss mobs. Maybe not make them for normal mazes in catacombs. What about instead of a guaranteed treasure chest at the end of maps, why not do a random number of EPs based off number of players in game and obviously would have to follow the parameters of level of maps. :)

I just realized that MM would not be affected by this, as the quest starts at lvl 70 and, as such would not qualify.

It might be applied to lvl 101 bonus climbs, but most of those are just Spam T climbs anyway.

As to the Trap Door suggestion,

HELL NO!!! This would saturate the market farrr too quickly!

I like the idea of boss mobs but not final square of 71+ mazes that’s literally just mirror maze.

Trapdoors being changed to a reward instead of punishment would be a huge win. By changing it to monster difficulty and allowing it to scale into multiple trap doors would make exploring way more fun.

Have you fought shamans at lvl 71?
Down a few trapdoors this would be like fighting 3 screens of them in one monster :D
